- Experienced teacher and have taught people in the world, especially oil.
- Master the field of training materials Oil Palm Plantation.
- Able to prepare and develop a training program oil palm plantation.
- Experience of at least 5 years.
- Minimal Bachelor Degree Agriculture.
- Minimum 30-year-old.
- Willing to be placed on the entire Operating Unit Wilmar Group.
- Ability to work in accordance with the target, can work in high pressure, has the ability to socialize and communicate well, spirited leader, able to work in teams.
- Healthy physical, spiritual, and not color blind.
