Training & IR Staff
Work Location : Jakarta Raya, Kalimantan Selatan
Responsibilities:
- Implements training activity according to yearly plan and curriculum.
- Implements curriculum and developmental programs.
- Conduct In-House Training
- Recruiting fresh graduates
- Responsible for all IR activities
- Max 27 years old
- Bachelor degree in Engineering/Human Resources/Management;
- Minimum 2 years experience in implementation of training and development program
- Very good presentation or facilitation skill
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills in English
