Responsibilities:
- To review agreements, contracts and other legal documents;
- To prepare legal documents and procedures relating to changes in company’s capital, shareholder, investment;
- To provide legal advice to the Company and implement legal solutions on litigation, arbitration and other practices;
- To monitor the execution of contracts/documents and implementation of the transactions/investment projects;
- To give legal advice with respect to corporate administration; prepare corporate documents; anticipate and guard against legal risks involving the company and its investments.
- Other duties as assigned by Head of Legal or Company
- Male/ Female, 22-30 years old, with a university degree in law,
- At least 3 years working experience as a Vietnamese lawyer for an international law firm or in-house corporate legal department
- Familiarity and expertise in the areas of foreign investment, corporate work, banking and finance; and
- Perfect command of written and spoken English
- Team work; detail – oriented;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Good decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills
- Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines;
- Ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks, and provide practical and constructive legal advice in a business environment.
