Senior Executive / Asst Manager (Japanese MNC/5days/Up to $5K)

Responsibilities:

• To deal with export and import customs entry for sales departments
• To support sales departments in logistics issues which includes not limited to checking of logistics contract as well as conducting of physical inventory check
• To assist in Security Trade Control issues
• To attend to the queries from the sales departments and proactively communicate with them on logistics issues

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder with 5 to 10 years of working experience in logistics work in a trading company or a logistics company
• Experience in dealing with steel products
• Knowledge on export and import procedures
• Level-headed in critical situations
• Strong communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Have strong initiative and self motivation to learn
