Role:
Responsibilities:To maximize sales volume and Market share in the assigned zone
Maintain and develop distribution system
- To ensure contract signed between the Company and distributor (stock, debt, purchase order, promotion programs…)
- To implement sales target and run promotion programs
- To propose solutions to hit sales target
- To supervise and train sales team
- To visit retailers frequently and maintain good relationship with retailers
- To update market information
- Male, age from 25-32
- Working places: Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Ha Tay, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Vinh Long, Ca Mau.
- University, college or secondary certificate
- At least 2 years experience in sales or sales supervisor at FMCG
- Experience in supervising and training salesman
- Trustful, dynamic, healthful
- Local staff is preferred
