Stafflink Services current job opening for position as:

General Clerk (Shipping & Planning)

Job Desription

• Conversion of RO into POs, issuance of POs to co-packers
• Managing inventory, planning and arranging:

1. Incoming shipments of IMO, ASD & CSD
2. Outgoing shipments of raw material and utilizes from FNF to co-packers
3. Process bulk water orders (Kumpulan) and co-ordinate deliveries with Vitaton, as well as collection of metal racks and empty bottles. Ensure shipping documents in order and sufficient inventory of metal racks to meet procution. Collate monthly reports

• Assist in month-end stock reconciliation reports by:

1. Verifying co-packers receiving and usage of RM, PM & UM
2. Assist in preparing co-packers wastage report
3. Identify reason behind variances

Initiation of :

• Price maintenance to update purchase price in system
• Item master of new items, as packaging material and unitizes
• Supplier master for new vendors

Import:

• Trade web declaration for all imports by sea, land & air
• Shipment clearance
• Maintain records for all shipments
• Monthly insurance declaration
• Verify shipping invoices for all import shipments
• Filling for all import documents

Requirements:

• Min GCE N or O Level
• Min 3yrs of relevant working exp
• Malaysians are welcome

Terms & Conditions:

• 5.0day work week
• Working Hrs: Mon to Fri 8am to 5.30pm
• Monthly Tranport Allowance of $105.
• 1.75 mths AWS per annum
• Annual leave 13days per annum
• Salary Range fr $1400 to $2300 (depending on exp)
