Competence:
- Able to organize daily work plans of the target area or block area that will be done, manpower requirements, work equipment, facilities and infrastructure work.
- Able to manage all its resources to achieve the target.
- Able to control the overall effectiveness of activities in order to achieve the production target in accordance with applicable SOP.
- Able to make the report work progress daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Capable of leading the work team.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Minimal S1 Agriculture.
- No older than 35 years.
- Willing to be placed on the entire Operating Unit Wilmar Group.
- Experience in managing oil palm plantation area ranges from 500-700 ha.
- Healthy physical, spiritual, and not color blind.
- Able to work under pressure, adapt to the environment, working in teams, and able to work in accordance with the target.
