- Able to manage the area with an area of palm plantations 4000 - 6000 acres.
- Capable of implementing the farm management system.
- Able to make a budget plan (budget) and monthly work plans for the plantation management activities.
- Able to manage all its resources to achieve objectives operating unit.
- Able to evaluate performance and set performance improvement program through the company's improvement project.
- Able to develop and implement a development program to increase corporate productivity.
- Able to build good relationships with corporate stakeholders.
- Capable of leading the work team.
- At least 8 years experience.
- Minimal S1 Agriculture.
- Minimum age of 35 years.
- Willing to be placed on the entire Operating Unit Wilmar Group.
- Experienced in managing oil palm plantation area in the office of DM / ADM.
- Healthy physical, spiritual, and not color blind.
