- At least 25 years of experience in the oil palm plantation group famous.
- Have good skills, especially in the areas of land clearing and development of oil palm plantations.
- At least 25 years of experience.
- Minimal S1 Agriculture.
- Minimum age of 50 years.
- Willing to be placed on the entire Operating Unit Wilmar Group.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesian and English both orally and in writing.
- Computer literate with good.
