Corporate Secretarial Executive
Listed below are the current positions available at Wilmar:
- Responsibilities
- Individual in this function will work within the Corporate Secretarial department
- The role is dictated by corporate governance principles and the needs of the various Business Units within the Group
- Require direct interaction with internal business units and external services providers
- Provision of Corporate Secretarial services in a listed company structure as well as within multi-jurisdictional and fast-paced environment
- Maintenance of Registers, Minute Books, Lodgement with the ACRA
- Drawing up of resolutions, minutes and correspondence
- File and maintain original agreements and other title documents
- Identify ways to access archived documents and coordinate the process
- Maintain record of and monitoring routing of documentation
- Such tasks as may be assigned by the Manager on special projects or part of routine tasks
- A Diploma in paralegal studies or equivalent qualifications
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience and knowledge of Corporate Secretarial function is essential
- Detailed understanding of Corporate Secretarial practice and be familiar with Company Law
- Detail orientated with exceptional organizational skills
- Accepts ownership and accountability
- Maturity and ability to handle sensitive information
