- Able to solve problems of industrial relations, both with government officials, law enforcement agencies, the private sector, as well as the community around the plantation area.
- At least 3 years experience.
- Minimum S1 Law.
- Minimum 25-year-old.
- Willing to be placed on the entire Operating Unit Wilmar Group.
- Mastering the rules and the Act on Industrial Relations.
- Have experience working as a PR.
- Strong communication or lobby as well as good socialization.
- Willing to foreign service.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
