Responsibilities:
- To manage the day-to-day activities of sales team in the assigned zone to implement the Company’s overall sales strategy
- To analyze and manage sales progress, promotion programs
- To build and develop a professional distribution network in the assigned zone
- To manage and appraise distribution system
- To carry out and analyze market surveys
- To coordinate with Brand Department to manage and implement brands campaigns
- To manage and train sales team (Marketing Supervisors, Salesmen, etc)
- To contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and contribution strategic for area of responsibility
- Male, age from 28-36
- University degree
- At least 2 years experience in ASM position at FMCG
- Able to work independently
- Experience in managing and training salesman
- Good English and PC skills
- Willing to travel, decisive, and flexible
