Stafflink Services current job opening for position as:
Accounts Assistant (Exp in Freight Billing / 5days)Responsibilities
- Ensure Services are invoiced accurately and timely to customers
- Verification of data in system and documents
- Ensure invoices are sent to customers promptly
- Assist Dept Hd in data/information gathering needed in problem resolutions
- Prepare individual KPI Report timely to Dept Head for monthly management reports
- Photostat and collate invoices and supporting documents for filing and storage
- Strong ability to interact and communicate with people effectively over the telephone, and able to handle deadline and stress
- Meticulous and detailed in work
- Able to work Overtime to meet month end closing
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office suite, such as Word,Excel and Outlook
- Team player
- Must be a Singapore Citizen
- Minimum "O" levels or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Freight knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic accounting background is preferred.
- Working hours: 8.00am till 5.30pm (5days work week)
- Working location: Clementi Loop
- OT is claimable
