Accountant (US MNC)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely closing of accounts
• Prepare financial statements and quarterly corporate reporting, with compliance to relevant accounting standards
• Perform financial review and analysis
• Handle tax matters, including review of tax return
• Liaise with internal & external auditors, and tax agent
• Review of internal control and workflow for improvement

Requirements

• Accountancy Degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of USGAAP and SOX is a plus
• Experience in Navision or other ERP system would be an advantage
• Independent, proactive and a strong team player
• Good analytical skills and able to meet tight deadlines
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
