PT. Synergy Engineering is always looking for highly motivated individuals to join our engineering team. Currently, we have a vacancy to be placed in the position as:

PROJECT COORDINATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in a technical/business discipline
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Min 8 years progressive experience analyzing and solving business problems through the development and implementation of oil & gas industry

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:

1. Willing to be place in BSD City, Tangerang
2. Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
3. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel
4. Experience that encompasses both operations and projects. Specific participation in a similar role for at least one major oil and gas project.
5. Demonstrated ability to interface within a multi-discipline environment, and motivate and manage personnel from a position of influence.
