PT. Synergy Engineering is always looking for highly motivated individuals to join our engineering team. Currently, we have a vacancy to be placed in the position as:

LEAD / SR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Qualification:

• University degree in civil/structural engineering, with at least 8 years of structural design and construction experience of which a minimum of 10 years in the design, fabrication, and installation of offshore platforms.
• Strong technical/engineering skills and knowledge of codes and standards in the structural area, plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities with impact on structures.
• Ability to lead and interface within multi-discipline Company.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:

1. Willing to be place in BSD City, Tangerang
2. Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
3. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel
4. Experience that encompasses both operations and projects. Specific participation in a similar role for at least one major oil and gas project.
5. Demonstrated ability to interface within a multi-discipline environment, and motivate and manage personnel from a position of influence.
