Duties and responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of activity to deliver project objectives to time and budget
- Accurate daily, weekly, monthly project reporting
- Determine and monitoring work methods and performance of subcontractors and employees in order to ensure compliance with their obligations and the company's management plan
- Coordinate with subcontractors and interfaces between section and suppliers to ensure project requirements are managed
- Building relationships with all personnel including employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and management to ensure achievement of objectives
- Promote a safe work culture through thorough project planning and execution
- Perform thorough incident investigations as required
- Must have suitable operational and technical construction experience
- Must have minimum 10 years experience in construction area
- Have experience managed teams from different disciplines
- Exposure to design and building contract.
- Exposure to the demands of a large construction project.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques & contractual knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to communicate at an exceptional standard
- Demonstrated effective report writing capability
